Meet Fuel
Fuel Training Consultants is a certified women-owned business built on a simple belief: training should work in the real world. Not in binders, not in classrooms alone, but in the moments where people are doing the job, making decisions, and carrying organizations forward.
Our work is grounded in partnership. We do not operate as an outside vendor delivering recommendations. We work alongside our clients to build, implement, and sustain solutions that matter. Whether addressing generational knowledge loss, building onboarding that creates true readiness, or aligning learning with safety, operations, and technology, our focus is always the same: turning knowledge into performance.
We make change one partner at a time.
For organizations, we bring structure, clarity, and systems that ensure learning is aligned to business outcomes and embedded into the flow of work.
For individuals, we build confidence and capability, equipping people with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed in their roles.
For our partners, we create lasting impact: solutions that are not onlAt Fuel, we believe the true measure of training is not what is taught, but what is done. And we are committed to building learning that shows up where it matters most, on the job, in the moment, every day.y designed well, but adopted, sustained, and scaled over time.

Testimonials
Manufacturing Leader
“Fuel didn’t just ‘improve our training’. They changed how our plant operates. We were losing critical knowledge as experienced team members retired, and onboarding new hires felt inconsistent at best. Erin and her team worked alongside us to capture what really mattered, rebuild our onboarding, and implement a system our trainers could actually use.”
-Joe G.
Entrepreneur
“Working with Erin was a turning point for me. I had the experience, but I didn’t have a clear path for how to structure it, communicate it, or build something that would actually move forward. Erin didn’t just give me advice, she helped me build a plan, step by step, that I could execute. I left with clarity, confidence, and a real sense of direction that I didn’t have before.”
-Charlotte C.
Educator
“Fuel brought a level of practicality to learning and development that is often missing in education. Their approach helped us move beyond theory and focus on what students and educators actually need to succeed. From curriculum design to implementation, they partnered with our team to create solutions that were not only well-designed, but usable and impactful in the classroom.”
-Dana B., District Administrator
Corporate Leader
“What stood out about Erin and Fuel is that they don’t operate like traditional consultants. They don’t hand you a strategy and walk away. What we appreciated is that they stay in it with you. Erin challenged our thinking, helped us prioritize what mattered, and then worked alongside our team to build and implement solutions that actually stuck. The result was not just better training, but stronger alignment across our organization.”

Onsite Trainer
“I’ve been through a lot of train-the-trainer programs, and this was completely different. Erin doesn’t just teach you how to present, she shows you how to actually build skill in others. The tools and approach we learned are things I use every day, and I’ve seen a real difference in how my team learns and performs. It gave me confidence as a trainer and completely changed how I approach the role.”
